POLICYS
General:
Sales will be conducted on a strict “First come first
served basis”. No gun is sold until an arrangement for payment is discussed. A
simple “I’ll take it” via email or phone is what is needed to hold a gun until
payment can be discussed.
Purchase price of machine guns must be payed in full
BEFORE transfer begins. We accept Master Card and Visa.
Credit Card Policy:
Credit card purchases will receive a 4% surcharge due to
the fees associated with credit card use. Credit cards may be used for part or
all of the purchase price of a gun. The surcharge will only apply to the portion
for which the card is used.
Return policy:
Our return/refund policy is designed to insure
confidence in doing business with us. It is designed to insure fairness to both
parties and to insure your gun will be as described.
We guarantee all guns we sell to be as described. You
will have a 3 day period to inspect your gun and request a refund if you
determine it is not as advertised. This three business day inspection period
begins the next business day after your FFL receives the gun.
You may request a refund on a gun through email or
phone. The refund of 100% of the purchase price will be given when cancellation
of the transfer to your FFL takes place. This is a simple matter of writing void
on the approved form and faxing to NFA branch. Refunds of this type will be made
by certified check to the purchaser of the gun.
Consignment Policy:
We sometimes have guns for sale that are actually
consignments. These guns are not in our possession and have not been purchased
by us. The above policies apply to our consignment guns as well. Many of these
guns will transfer on form 4’s. Prices quoted on these guns include any
applicable taxes. We operate in the capacity of “broker”, in these types of
transactions and will disclose the paper and ownership status of these guns.
Incoming Inventory Policy:
Much of our inventory listed for sale may be “incoming”.
If you elect to purchase an “incoming” gun, the status of the gun will be
disclosed in advance. It is our policy to accept 50% of the payment to “hold” an
incoming gun. The remaining 50% will be due when the gun is in our possession
prior to beginning of transfer to your FFL. We will inspect and test the gun and
disclose any deviation from its previously discussed condition or configuration.
Purchasing:
As a Class III dealer we purchase as well as sell Class
III items. Our payment policy is typically 50% when transfer begins and
remainder when transfer is approved. In some cases we will pay 100% up front if
discussed in advance.
We will require the following documentation prior to
payment:
1: Copy of your drivers license with current address.
2: Pictures of the machine gun we are purchasing
3: Copy of the form the gun is currently on.
